Hi there, I'm Kassel Jay Arellano! I work as a Customer Success Representative at Voiply, and I absolutely love what I do. When I'm not at work, I like to take some time to meditate and clear my mind. I also enjoy driving around the city, spending time in parks, and gazing at the sky. It's amazing how the vibrant green colors around me can give me energy and help me regain focus for my daily work.

One of the most important values that I've carried with me throughout my life is kindness and humility. My mother always taught me that no matter what the situation, I should remain kind and humble. This way, I can receive positive energy and give any negative situations a positive spin.

I find that reading the Bible, inspiring books, and listening to TED talks on Spotify inspire me and give me motivation for my day-to-day life. Working at Voiply brings out my creative side by helping me step out of my comfort zone. It also gives me the determination to enhance my communication skills, and every day I wake up with the tenacity to amaze my customers with exceptional service.

In the past, I've faced challenging situations with coworkers, but I've learned to deal with these situations with grace and humility. Instead of getting frustrated, I kindly remind my colleagues of the work that needs to be done and help them focus on the task at hand.

Building rapport with customers and delivering exceptional customer service is one of the best parts of my job. I believe that the key to balancing work with family and social commitments is to maintain an itinerary on my phone of what I will be doing for the week. This way, I can enjoy quality time with both my family and friends.

I'm passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, and that's why I'm part of a group called Iligan Safe Space. I'm also passionate about automobiles, especially racing. In terms of professional advice, I would encourage others to stay patient, adaptable, and open to new ideas.

As a creative individual, I generate engaging content such as poetry, stories, and jokes for my customers and coworkers. My parents have been the most influential mentors throughout my professional journey, and I credit much of my success to them. I also find staying updated with industry changes is vital, which I achieve through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, along with various live stream podcasts on Spotify and YouTube.

Lastly, my childhood dream was to be a doctor, but my passion for customer-oriented roles has led me to where I am today. Working as a Customer Success Representative means adapting to situations, identifying problems, solving them on the spot, and delivering exceptional customer experiences—and I wouldn't have it any other way.
